Killing Floor free content pack announced
by Mcrat on Jul.24, 2009, under Killing Floor

Killing Floor
What we can expect from Heavy Metal is a new map titled “Foundry“, which is set in an old iron works, as well as two new weapons – the ubiquitous AK-47, as well as a Japanese Katana for melee attacks.
As well as the free content, there will also be a paid “character pack” DLC. This pack will include 4 new playable characters. As yet, there has been no mention on the price of the character pack, or a release date set for either of the content packs.
For future details, keep on eye on the relevant thread in the forums. Thanks to Shayagor for the tip.
Killing Floor

Killing Floor
The game features First Person cooperative zombie killing action, a persistent perk system which allows players to make permanent improvements their character’s skills and abilities, an achievement system, as well as the SDK which allows the community to continue to improve upon the game by making new levels and mods. And if that wasn’t enough, those who have fond memories of Hellgate may also experience a feeling of nostalgia as you blast your way through countless zombies on the streets of London once more.
Check out the roll call thread on the forums to see who has already bought the game and be sure to add your name to the list if you decided to purchase it as well.
