Happy Hour Power Week
by Mcrat on Aug.14, 2009, under Requiem

Requiem Bloodymare
The event will run for the week of 16th-22nd of August, and will differ slightly from most events which are active throughout the entire week. This event will be active once per day throughout the week, each day having its own ‘Happy Hour’ at a different time.
So what exactly is a Happy Hour, when will it be active during the day, and what bonuses can we expect from it? Requiem Community Manager Hastur explains:
1. There will only be one Happy Hour per day, however this Happy Hour will last for 3 HOURS!
2. These Happy Hours will not be Lant, Exp, or Drops but all THREE! That’s right these Happy Hours will have increased rates of Lant, Drops, and EXP!
So for 3 hours each day there will be 3 active bonuses – Increased Lant, EXP, and drops. The exact time of the Happy Hour, and the percentage increase of the bonuses have yet to be announced. However Hastur has stated that further details will be posted on the Requiem Facebook and MySpace pages this weekend.
Additional details of the event will be posted on our forums as the information becomes available.

Marze War Remembrance Week begins
by Mcrat on Jul.04, 2009, under Requiem

Requiem Bloodymare
For the next week (July 2nd – July 9th), the Requiem servers will be celebrating an event which is based on in-game lore – the Marze War Remembrance Week.
The Marze War was several decades ago but no one has forgotten the bloodiest of all wars. The War was triggers by the Turan and Bartuks as they fought for their independence from the Xenoan Slave drivers. In honor of those brave soldiers who fought and died for independence we would like the announce the following will be active all week long!
- EXP increased +30%
- Lant Increased +100%
- Drops Increased +100%The war is over and Bartuk, Turan, Xenoa, and even Kruxena now fight side by side to fend off the nightmares which terrorize Ethergia. In this week of celebration, we hope you remember those that have died to make Temperions possible today.
Enjoy the festivities!
Having all three bonuses active at the same time is going to make for a pretty impressive week. It’s almost as if Gravity took the best bits out of the anniversary event, and bundled it all up for a final week mega event!
Thanks goes to MerchantKill for the tip.
Requiem anniversary celebration: week 4
by Mcrat on Jun.26, 2009, under Requiem

Requiem Bloodymare
This week’s event bonus brings a huge 20% boost to XP, making it an ideal time to kill as many mobs as possible and hand in all of those quests you may have been holding on to for the past few days. It also marks the beginning of War Week and as such, there will be Server vs Server battles each day beginning at 10am and 5pm PST.
Field of Contention points will also be doubled for the duration of this week.
This will be the final week of the 1 year anniversary celebrations so be sure to make the most of these final bonuses before they are removed and the game returns to normal.
